On December 8th, 2023, a workshop focusing on meditation was organised for the teachers and students of DAV Public School, Malerkotla. Led by Asha Gupta and Arun Gupta of the Asha Foundation in Delhi, the workshop saw enthusiastic participation from teachers, displaying keen interest and eagerness.

Together with his partner, Arun Gupta has journeyed across India, Europe, and beyond, including notable destinations like the United States of America, Egypt, Dubai, Singapore, and the Philippines. Their collective aim is to share the profound science and benefits of meditation with diverse global audiences.
